Successful Grant Application: Community Investment

Harvey Aboriginal Corporation (HAC) was successful in its grant application to the Albemarle Community Investment funding program, which aims to provide support to not for profit organisations that provide programs, events and activities that align with the three target areas of education, environment and sustainability, and health and culture.

Funding of $10,000 has been approved to deliver the Ngaala Kaartdijin Yaanginy (Sharing our Knowledge) project. HAC will use the funds to expand its delivery of cultural engagement activities to improve knowledge and understanding of Noongar culture. By having adequate equipment and resources, HAC will be able to reach larger audiences with increased effectiveness.
